		<description>My goodness, you are in a spot of bad luck!  The exact same thing happened to Carrie&#039;s old laptop right before the warranty was up...so we made sure to get that fixed before it ended.  FYI, at least with Dell, if it&#039;s still not fixed when it comes back, they&#039;ll still fix it after the warranty is up because the initial call for the problem was still within the proper time period.  And man, I can&#039;t agree with you more about hard drives...&quot;they just don&#039;e build them like they used to.&quot;  I&#039;ve had so much bad luck with hard drives over the years it&#039;s ridiculous.  I think I had at least 3 die on me while at U of I and I had one die a couple months ago here.  Speaking of that, I&#039;d better check on that one if I can RMA it...luckily I&#039;ve been able to do that for all (but maybe one?) of them that&#039;s broken.</description>
